for some reason my galaxy view no longer shows the things i can do to various planets, eg Espionage, Write Message, Add Buddy or fire IPM. While the first 3 things can be done by other methods, and therefore no big deal, i no longer can fire IPM's at people who deserve my attention in that field of thinking :D
