General suggestion for all UTT Guilds -- I don't know if this is already realized for some guilds:
Each should have its own HQ, where the important NPCs hang out -- I guess this is by and large realized already -- and, note, where you can also rest up.

This is currently not the case at least with the new Ranger Camp. There are campfires, tents, beasts roasting on spigots, stewpots broiling, but still it says "Too hungry to rest. You must make camp to rest."

Also, each guild HQ should have a merchant where at least guild members (in possession of the appropriate guild token) can dump their loot and buy the official gear of their guild. Doesn't need to be enhanced stuff, just blank versions that members can put in the item property transferrer.

...as I mentioned to you when testing, I meant to make it free rest but forgot to do so. I will do that tonight.

Tirin Kormi has meeting rooms in Rivendell, Elostirion, Lorien, Mithlond and Thranduil's halls to use, the Grey Company has their field camp, Melkor's chosen has the Temple in the Vizier's palace, the Knights have their Barracks in MT, and the Brotherhood has the underground of Tharbad, and back in the day the Silverswords had their tower.

As for guild gear, this is generally given out by the guild leader player or NPC, and for example the Knights will have an armoury to which only the guild leader has the key.

So, except for the merchants (all the above places except Elostirion adn the Ranger camp has nearby merchants to sell stuff at), and in one or two cases the free rest, all of this already exists ;)
