Phineas Fairmeadows, Hobbit Delusionist

For every bard whose thunderous storytelling can cause the heavens to shake, for every minstrel whose tragic song can make statues weep, for every poet whose silver tongue can spin stories that would entertain courtly nobles for night after night, there are at least ten thousand like Phineas who are tragically impaired in the art of story, song, rhyme or reason.

Generally, those less talented at the finer arts are aware of that they are deficient in some respect and leave the creative weaving to their betters. Yet every now and then, a tragic figure like Phin' emerges, so convinced of his or her own artistic genius, that no amount of head pounding or rotten tomatoes will dispel his or her self-imposed illusions.

These are the delusionists, a practised band of bards, that leave trails of enemies terrified, or at least extremely embarrassed, in their wake. While they are limited in their ability to handle offensive combat, they make up for it with their offensive song. Delusionists are also highly dextrous and curiously resistant to all forms of projectile weapons and, unfortunately, attempts to silence them.

Phineas is generally law abiding and good. Never what you might call evil. At least, not intentionally so. He is slightly taller than the average hobbit and dresses neatly, with a very ...unique... sense of style. He is an extreme extravert, always talking, laughing and singing with just about anyone he can find. He is also a bit of a prankster which periodically gets him in trouble. Though he sometimes carries a crossbow around, he hasn't quite figured out how to use it, often loading the arrows in backwards if he is under any kind of stress.

Phin' fancies himself a ladies man, singer, songwriter, poet, dancer, writer, and scribe, though he's not particularly good at any and is terrifying bad at some. What he has in abundance is a great fascination with anyone he perceives as heroic, and he will often follow them around (without really helping them) singing and making notes about them for his autobiography.

Most hobbits find him either mildly humerous or slightly annoying, but his enthusiasm and pleasant nature usually excuse his erratic behaviour.

//Phineas is dedicated him to everyone here: players, builders and DM's past and present who I've had such great times with playing with. Thanks all of you.
//I thought I should get that in before you meet him in game. ;)
//Oh, and ~please~ come back Milou.

Hehe, who says you can't write character descriptions?
