Sorry ppl but if TK421 can't do the job of updating these listings REPLACE him.
He is supposed to be doing this for us the AA community,and he's letting us down.
If Chadman can do it(three cheer's for Chadder's)why can't he, all we get are promise's.

no offence meant, well not a lot, but have you any comprehension of the work involved in what you are saying?
i run ONE division, and its a logistical nightmare. Tk has a division, the overall league, the squad listings, Xo of a squadron, helps me out with rookie school, and god knows what else. Ok, so its got on top of him, but i suggest you ask him if you can help, rather than just moaning thats its not being done.
Let's see you volunteer, and then you'll have nothing to moan about, will you?

Em I have honestly spent weeks shouting at tk over the phone and mail to let me help him. He's really brought this on himself. I think duke is pretty entitled to moan.

Instead of the same people trying to do more and more we need more and more people doing things.... or we will end up with none of them getting done properly.... most of the people currently doing things are already doing more than one thing. We need some delegation & volunteers.
God knows its hard enough to play the game and have a life without doing loads of stuff for the game (I only did some hints - there are loads more I could do, some in production, but just finding time to write them is difficult).
I think more volunteers are needed, not the same people trying harder. I think doing a decent rookie site or running the school is pretty much a full time job. Running just 1 division also sounds like a full time job... and some of these people also run squads too.
At the moment (sorry if I've missed anyone) we have Chad, TK, Em, Wraith, Len & Marg doing stuff regularly, with Cnephil doing some ladders and me (allegedly) doing some flying info. Thats not including those of us who are supposed to be doing Admin roles (chad, me, tk & em)
How about we compile a list of all the things that are currently done, all the things we would *like* to see done then have a *realistic* assessment of how much effort they take then get people (preferrably newer types) to volunteer to take on some of them.
We have god knows how many html bunnies who can and would create automated systems for things like club membership, squad lists, league results and such.... some of them have even made quiet offers over the months (and no Wraith, no offense but I don't mean you, you have made a few commitments already (besides didn't you also say you were going to do a sexy layout for my hints site?))
And another thing, look at the above names, most of them have been around for a long time or are well known already. There is no better way to build up a sense of commitment and community than getting newer or less well known or quieter people involved in doing something for the game.
Well, thats what I reckon we should do anyhow.
What I do at the mo.
Run the 4th
Run the KTF with Elbarto on HTML and fixtures me on reffing and now Muttley helping out in all capacities. Need more KTF referees as most refs are scared to death of it.
Run the AARA and train refs assign referees to games when em sends me a fixture list each week or when a Div1 squad mails me directly at the moment I do not pre assign refs to Div1 although I would like to.
Run 1 off games. Lawnmower bomb run etc. This I would like to do more of as ppl seem to like em especially the crazy ones. I need mainly more help with refereeing tasks but I have already taken steps to ensure that Div2 players are taking much more of a role in the AARA. Have recruited 3 Div2 referees thus far and I want to make Rocky a senior trainer and responsible for Div2 fixtures (have to ask him nicely yet).
Also need a senior ref to do the same for Division 3. Although I got a feeling marg would like to cross over to that job.
The other thing we need to talk about ere is ensuring that ppl in each of their departments a) trust each other to help out and http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/stare.gif ask for help and accept it when offered.

As far as the domain goes, everything is fine on that front. However, if anyone wants to help out they can email me at wraith@airattack.co.uk and I'll see your ideas. I am responsible for overall site look and feel, so please dont email me loads of web pages without first seeing what the site looks/feels at the moment.
Rookie school will be built by the autumn. This is Emily's site to do with as she wants, and I will help her in any way I can. however, as it is her site, all ideas/recommendations/complains should be sent to emily@rookieschool.co.uk
mebe's ideas will be converted to the rookie school as soon as work is completed on airattack.co.uk

Hi there, I,m relatively new to air attack, and you wont have a clue who I am, but I am willing to donate some time to helping you with your workload. I ahev just made the tkfm web page, and would like to help with any other web building as, being a lazy student,I have a lot of dpare time, which I can fill by just doing stuff offline. Anyway, if you want a hand then reply to this messge, or mail me. I wont be around tomorrow as I get my a-level results so i`ll be under a rock somewhere being sick, but when i recover i`ll lend a hand. If its wanted.

Funk if your Div2 or 3 you could help as a ref.
Duke you can also help as a ref mind you the prob is nearly all the div2 refs are coming from tempests. I got two from Demonz so I need some breadth in each division.

What I really need more than anything is content - and that's down to the league masters. If Emily, TK etc could just send me fixture details I can put them on the site no problemo.
Sounds like we need someone to volunteer to generate the list of what is being done and by who, and what we should but arent doing. Then out out requests for volunteers for each Job that needs help.
I'm happy to generate that list and do the hunt for victims^h^h^h^h^h^hvolunteers if those people doing 'stuff' are keen to try spreading it out a bit????
Chad you got a view on this? ...a chunk of this is stuff you do at the moment, do you want to do this yourself or does everyone think I'm talking rubbish and they can find helpers themselves??

Em, for someone so committed to rookieschool, it would really ****ing help if you spoke to me so we could get a gameplan together. I can't build a site and advertise/arrange nights etc if I dont know what you want.
Same goes for anyone else who is monaing that there is too much to be done - I've got a whole ****ing site begging for content and am almost nearing the point where I cant do anymore without content.

Do u still needs refs???
cause i been a ref for about, ohhhh, 2-3 months and have still not been given a game. I REALLY DONT MIND!!!! after all i get more time on AA for myself:-) But if u need refs then i'm here(only at weekends though)
Also, any leg work(i.e, i cant build websites but if any things need typing up, sorting etc, then i can do that)
oh, and i will help in any other way i can, that doesn't involve building sites
