WELCOME TO NEW QUAY FESTIVAL 2001

This year the committee has again organised a festival that we hope will appeal to lovers of all types of music. The programme of events is a variety of music, which includes

FOLK, GOSPEL, BLUES, MALE VOICE CHOIRS and ROCK.

The biggest variety we have seen to date at this annual event, and one which we hope to appeal to the widest audience possible. In addition to the variety of music, we hope our vision of a COMING TOGETHER of differing cultures is beginning to have positive results for the festival.

The bands and singers this year are not only local but further afield,

ANGLESEY, LITHUANIA, RUSSIA and KENYA

are all represented at this summers largest Ceredigion musical event.

The new venue for the outdoor gigs has panoramic views of the Cardigan Bay from New Quay northwest, Indeed if the weather is kind to us, the top of Snowdon will be clearly seen each day.
