I belive, from reading though some threads, that if someone uses the:

/me means this

function, and then another user qoutes that original person, then the name changes.

i.e. 'biggles' uses the function to say "* biggles likes pie "; 'Snail face' then quotes 'biggles' but it changes to read "* Snail face likes pie "

hmm... k, must have just either been a one off thing, or the person who quoted it must have decided to change it.
(unless it was because it was done before the forums updates?)
