Decision on banned players

Ok me,Mrsugarcube and Ironfire have decided after the players opinion,that banned players can now email or pm Me or Mrsugarcube in irc with telling us there old account names.

After that there old account gets removed and a new one will be created so they are gonna have to start from scratch but with a legal account.

Let me just clarify this ONLY applies to players banned due to Injection use, other bans will not be repealed.
