Kev, here's an example from Fifur the dwarven smith in Erebor. The basic (common) waraxe he sells is Level 25, slashing 6d8 and costs a mere 1,035,184gp. Which is a lot of goblins.

Looks like one of the overrides cep 2.3 did, as it added lots of new item property options. Best one to visit is Veld, i think all of his were setup after cep 2.3 went live.
