While you are at it, might be worth to make it little bit stronger. At the moment it is considerably easier to kill than the red drake of Tolfalas & those creatures guarding third ingredient.

Not necessarily, Milou. While the red drake may have three or four time the amount of hit points, Cuinaguruthosa can eliminate a whole party with one breath (did 60 points of damage after a successful saving throw) and his AB seems to be considerably higher as well.
But another thing to add: Shouldn't all drakes be of evil alignment? Smite evil does not work on dragons as far as i remember.

I think something is wrong with the Spectre Lords as encountered in Forochel 3 and similar. They have this nasty Touch attack that drains your Strength, but it seems that this attack _always_ hits, and that can't be right.

I checked the log last night, at least once did the SL hit me on a 15, while my Touch AC is 21 (Base 10, Dex +4, Dodge +2, Deflection +2, Tumble +3). This was particularly frustrating because it got me killed. Even if Tumble is not factored in (but it should, according to NWN) I'd still have Touch AC 18 and should not be hit.

    To quote the NWN system,
A touch attack denies the defender their armor and shield AC (base and bonus), as well as their natural armor bonus to AC. All other armor class modifiers, such as the size modifier, dexterity modifier, and deflection/dodge bonus (if any) apply normally.

My character wasn't flanked at the time either - the SL was the only opponent around - and anyway Flanking increases the Attack bonus, and doesn't reduce the target's Armour class, and I know for a fact that the killing blow was at a check result of 15.

Please look into this. I can get upset about dying by the rules, but having a character die where he should have lived frustrates me to no end.

Various encounters with Olog Hai left the players without an adequate XP reward.
Reward that was given to a lvl 16 char is 1 XP in solo encounter and 0 XP in party for Olog Hais having impossible CR.
Considering the threat these ugly brutes impose, please reintroduce a proper reward.

Encounters have been in the Tunneling Trouble quest from Gloin, Erebor and the Mad Mage quest in Esgaroth.

Meant is Mori Loki, the shadow drake
Killing him gives no xp for a lvl16 in party.
And he does not count as evil, so don't waste a smite evil unless it's fixed.

Stone giant of "Dwarrowdelf - Great Hall" doesn't reward any XP and has influenced his goblin thralls with same symptoms.

Dracolich deep under Middle Earth drops "custom made kukri" occasionally thats base item is "Kukri 2*". It is not compatible with game feats.

Could its be changed to normal kukri? (and my hobbit's, Opo Brandybuck's kukri be handled similarry at the same time? )

The Gaudul Commander (Rohan 2) appears to give no XP. (He was "Very Difficult" for Hawker and "Impossible" for Fréa so we would have expected some points.)

Usually if a spawn gives no XP it is because its CR is too much higher than the average CR of the party.

So is that a bug, or ist supposed to be that way? I hope not. Killing that thing was not magic, it took about half of my HP.

P.S: The Uruk-Hai Commander above ground didn't give any XP either. And that was just "Moderate" and "Challenging" or so.

On the bug-hunt in Eriador I came across the following:
    * Bence still spills all the beans at the drop of a hat... "fear not, we are the Dunedain, remnants of the lost kingdom of Arnor yadda yadda... wanna meat the heir of the king?"
I thought this was supposed to be changed?
    * Halbarad obviously does not check for Bence's token, and will give his "I have heard how you aided Bence" even if you never did the Barrow-Downs quest.

    Bence again, dialogue issues:
1.) he does not recognize his own token (Dunedain Seal). Instead of giving directions to the ranger camp, he told me "I see you are a seasoned adventurer, my tasks would be a waste of your time".
2.) On the same note, this character is level 7. The Barrow-Downs quest level range had been extended to level 8, if I read my chatlogs right. So Bence shouldn't say that line either way.

The good news is that Bence sticks in the right place, wears the proper garb; that you can rest at the ranger camp, and that no huge ranger army spawns anymore, even if the Despawning still doesn't work right.

Apart from that, I can only repeat that it's counter-productive to impose level caps on non-repeatable quests at all, as this has the potential to create stupid situations like Dunedain Rangers not being able to get the Dunedain Seal and talk to the Dunedain Chieftain to get the Dunedain sword just because they helped fellow players with their quests once too often. I know what I'm talking about because that's exactly what happened to Hawker when he was a greenhorn. So yes, I am a burnt child in that respect, and will keep nagging to remove level caps from non-repeatable quests until this sort of thing cannot happen anymore.

I will look at making a sweep through such quests as soon as possible.

The problem usually lies in the first quest of a series. All thats needed it to remove the level requirements to the first quests - after that the tokens do the work.

    Brugdishnak

Brugdishnak of Minas Morgul is missing his general supplies store.

Answer: "I am sorry, but there is no shop available", is given instead.

I don't really know/remember if he even had that store, but healing supplies are not found from Mordor nor Minas Morgul. Propably not from Thranduils halls (which is also missing all arrows) or Lorien either. Those would be nice addition to their merchants' repertoire.

Healing kits can be bought from Tathar in Thranduil's halls. All arrows, bows etc. can be bought from Aglarbrethil in the Hall of Watchers (within Amon Arantaur)

Kev is mistaken on this subject. Fact is that all _spells_ granting DR, like Stoneskin etc. have been changed to n/+5. Creature DRs vary. Elder Elemental summons for instance have 15/+3. There are buggers with bypasses higher than +3, but I don't know if they have +4 or +5 bypass.

When speaking with Dol Guldur necromancer NPC, the only option in the dialog that seems to do anything is the "Ask him where you are" one. The other two evoke no reaction from him whatsoever.
