You need the Classes.2da file in your override folder. It's for the custom feats of all the custom classes.
You also need to merge merpcep.tlk with your dialog.tlk if you want to see custom class names in the player list when logging in. Both override and especially merging can be dangerous operations, though, so make sure you have all the backups.
By the way, having classes.2da in override is also required if you want to be able to get all the skill points your Ranger is entitled to (which is changed to 6/level in UTT2 from 4/level in original NWN) on creation. Otherwise you'll only get those 6 points starting from lvl2.
The MERP UTT2 Website say : (http://merpuk.wireplay.co.uk/pages/start.htm)
I did copied the .hak in my hak folder and copied the .tlk in my tlk folder. They dont specify anything about merging files. You need to download our HAK Packs and MERP PRC hak. Place the .hak files in your hak folder and the .tlk file in your tlk folder.
Concerning the Classes.2da, I copy the one that come with the game into the override Folder?

I think its a seperate download. Look on the website, or maybe someone can post a link?

Try that, put it in your over ride folder.
Alternatively, you can use nwhak.exe to extract the required files from the hak.
it work, and I suggest that the classes.2da link should be added on the starting page of the MERP website.
