has anything been changed with spells because like a month ago(im gm magey) i had no problems with castin ress and other spells but now some of my spells are fizzlin have you changed any thing with magery??

well i think any changes to any scripts would of been announced so... i would say nope nothing has changedalthough i aint sure
I noticed the same. (I wasn't hungry - I know in some shards this can make you fizzle).
That's not the first time I notice differences without anything being anounced. I also just noticed that now all FS scrolls stack and I fail more while crafting them. It wasn't anounced either, but it was changed.
As was magery.
there have been no changes to either magery or inscription. Fails its always possible you had some bad luck (as most crafting has some level of luck involved) same for casting spells

401. My D&D sorcerer is not allowed to use the Change Self and Mirror Image spells and the Perform (Ventriloquism) skill to impersonate other party members during a dungeon crawl.
402. Nor is he allowed to use the Change Self and Mirror Image spells and the Perform (Dance) skill to impersonate other party members and make them appear to Riverdance.
i had it with fs in pvp, also dispel and ress
