- If you have been banned from one of our public servers, you will be able to find your ban on the Wireplay Bans Database. Should you have a query about a public server ban, please bring it up privately with the Admin who placed the ban.
- If you have been banned from any Wireplay IRC channels, then you must raise any queries privately with the channel OP who placed the ban. If you are not satisfied please contact Wireplay Community Forums who is the Wireplay IRC Manager before contacting SteveP. ssmmdd can be contacted by sending him a Forum PM, by Posting a Thread on this Forum or by e-mailing him.
- If you have been banned from the forums, then any queries should be raised privately with the Moderator/Admin who placed the ban. If you are not satisfied please contact SteveP.
If you are not satisfied with your first line of enquiry, you may raise your query with SteveP & he will make a final decision. This does not simply mean that you may skip past other staff & approach him. If you honestly believe a mistake has been made, then please approach him, otherwise, you will probably get the same answer from the first person you contacted.
That's all really. People with temporary bans are welcome to use our services in accordance with the Code Of Conduct when their ban period expires.
