Newbie, looking for information

I just purchased Total Air War (I know, old game) which is how I ended up at this forum. The installation instructions said that if I'm in a country other than UK, I should download a different version of Wireplay from the site - but I'm not seeing any download. Where does one find it, or is mulitplayer on this game not possible anymore?

The Wireplay client hasn't been supported for several years. I'm not sure if Total Air War has an in game browser or weather something like All Seeing Eye would work for it.
