Admin abuse, once again

Hello,

I was playing on your TF2 2fort server and asked a couple of times if anyone had a name tag for sale. This admin of yours (x10 or z10, whatever) then tells me: "we were all here when you last time asked" then i told him i dont care and someone new might've come in. after a sec i read from the bottom of my screen that an admin has muted and gagged me. this is the way they're supposed to work?

What's your steam id and the name you use on the server?

I'll look into it and if your accusation of admin abuse is unfounded, I'll personally unleash admin abuse hell on you.

If by some strange twist of fate that x10, an admin who has been helping out here for years and has dealt with thousands of incidents with no issue, gagged you for for no good reason, then I'll ask him to learn from this incident and get even better at what he does.

After spamming a "few times" for your nametag and nobody responding i told you that to keep spamming it while nobody new joining the server for the last 5 minutes wouldn't help.
They would have seen it the first few times if they wanted to trade with you. Doing it again right after but adding "not x10" or "u mad" after it annoys me, not mad but annoyed enough to make you shut up for 5 minutes.
The only way i see this as abuse is if you where only on the server to trade stuff instead of playing, not like you couldn't play, or got kick/banned.

Abuse/harsh maybe.

There's plenty of trade servers and sites out there. The vast majority of people on regular servers have no interest in the junk you are selling or buying and I'm sure most would welcome more gags for people that insist on spamming such things.

If you were warned to stop, and carried on, and also took the pee, you were lucky to get away with just a mute/gag imo...

indeed if you have a date and time i will pluck the server logs and check into it
but as Sid said x10 is a mature well mannered great bloke, i cant see him "abusing" anything...

Give me dates and times and ill get some logs together...
