Lack of Admins

I am in a Randflr clan, and have scheduled a game against Manne quite some time ago. Ok, we didnt have a server, so you guys said itll be fine to use one of yours. It all went smoothly until we were all ready. Why?
Because none of your admins responded to us, and the one that was going to, was playing a League of Legends game. What is this? This isnt professional. We have exams coming up on monday, and you guys are wasting our bloody time.
I have never had a more annoying experience with TF2 competitions before. This is a huge minus for you in my book, and I am not the only one.
Both our clans want a point for that, and the ability to reschedule for an another week, favourably after the exams.

Yes... It was quite displeasing.
I have 8 more exams, and the last thing I wanted was to waste even more of my time doing nothing but waiting.
